Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of water
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 (15oz) cans organic Garbanzo beans
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cold pressed olive oil
- 3 heaping tablespoons tahini (ground sesame paste)
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon chipotle powder
- 2 medium slices roasted pepper
- 1 medium organic eggplant
Instructions
- Drain can of garbanzo beans.
- Add all ingredients in blender until smooth, add more water for smoothness.
